We value our existing supplier relationships and look forward to strengthening these relationships as Nexus Water Group. Suppliers should continue working with their current contacts at their respective Nexus Water Group subsidiary.

Until further notice, there are no changes to how suppliers receive purchase orders or submit invoices. How we operate should be considered ‘business as usual.’ Suppliers will be contacted directly if there are any new requirements or policy changes. Supplier Verification with eftsure

To further strengthen our partnerships, Nexus Water Group is implementing a new, more secure, and efficient system for supplier onboarding and data management.

This new system, powered by eftsure,  will create a more seamless experience for our suppliers. Through eftsure’s real-time monitoring system, supplier details are independently verified to safeguard against fraud and mistakes.

Beginning on October 1, 2025, all suppliers conducting business with Nexus Water Group will be asked to provide their company information through the eftsure portal for independent verification; this will ensure payment accuracy.

Guidance for New Suppliers

When you start working with us, your Nexus Water Group contact will send you an email invitation from eftsure to begin the registration process.

You will be asked to provide the following information:

• Bank details
• Company name and Address
• Company contact information
• EIN
• W-9

Once you have registered, you may receive a call from an eftsure team member (usually within 24-48 hours) to confirm your details. You will then receive a confirmation email from eftsure once your data is verified.

Guidance for Existing Suppliers

If you are an existing supplier, you can update your details at any time. Simply reach out to your Nexus Water Group contact and request an ‘eftsure change request’. You will receive an email with a link to update your details, and a confirmation email once everything is verified. For certain updates, you might receive a follow-up call from eftsure to ensure everything is accurate.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your details are up to date. Kindly notify us promptly if anything changes or if you notice discrepancies.
